1
Five Tips To Keep Your Home Germ Free
2
Wash Your Hands
Always use soap and try to keep your hands dry.
You can also use sanitizers to keep your hand's
germ-free. Kids are messier than adults. So,
teach your kids to keep their hands clean. You
can make a chart and keep track of it.
3
Clean Your Kitchen
Kitchen is the most infected area of your house.
There are a lot of places for germs to hide, such
as the kitchen sink, cutting board, dishwashers,
kitchen counters, etc. Try to clean the counter
immediately after the cooking. You should
regularly clean your dishwasher also.
4
Clean Your Cleaning Tool
Dusting clothes, scrubbers, and sponges are
filled with germs and bacteria, and a simple
rinsing will not enough. Instead, put your sponge
in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or run it
through the dishwasher. Routinely check your
dishwasher to make sure it is running at a high
enough temperature to kill bacteria.
5
Wash Your Bedding
Wash all of your sheets, towels, and other
bedding materials regularly in hot water. Dust
mites accumulate rapidly in these items. Cushions
on couches should also be washed frequently
depending on the usage. Also clean your carpet
after some time.
6
Clean Your Bathroom
The bathroom is a haven for germs because germs
love moisture. Try to keep your bathroom dry by
using bathmats. Always put down the lid of your
toilet seat, to prevent bacteria and germs in
your bathroom. Toothbrushes should be stored in
separate containers and put away in drawers.
