race! Offices today indulge in a lot of targets

Times like these, with cut-throat competition,

Today, with the wealth of information available
to us on the web, we can discover and learn
something new daily! With an hour a week,
employees can easily surf the internet to find
out about that island weve always dreamed of
visiting, go to the library to find books on art,
or rent that interesting documentary we heard
about or even research about the trends of the
topics of your interest.

4. Laugh
As adults, we sometimes need reminders to let go
and allow ourselves to be silly and see the
humour in everyday situations. Laughter helps
relieve stress too.
5. Share a Little Kindness
Simple acts of kindness dont do us any harm. Do
you know how good it feels to offer someone a
helping hand or sharing a smile with a stranger?
