Is Rolfing Structural Integration painful?

• It doesnt have to be. Im here to deliver a
  pleasant experience and that might mean very deep
  pressure for some and lighter for others. 
• And it doesnt have to hurt in order to be
  effective.
• We can always adjust the pressure.
