policies and processes involved in appealing for
    an OET re-score.

  • To appeal your results, you must submit a Request
    for OET Re-Marking form.
  • You need to explain your grounds for the request
    clearly in the form.
  • You can only request for a re-mark within five
days of your scores publication online. OET can
refuse to re-score your test if you submit your
    appeal after that mark.
  • You need to pay 120 per sub-test re-score.

  • The fee will be refunded if there
  • are changes in your results after.
  • Two OET assessors, both of which were not
involved in the initial evaluation, will go over
your test performance independently. Both will
have no knowledge of your grade history.
  • The entire process takes around six weeks.
  • If there is a change in your score, your OET
profile will be updated. Youll also receive a
    new Statement of Results (SOR).

  • Is Requesting an OET Re-Mark Worth It?
  • It depends on your reasons for requesting one. If
you have a compelling reason (e.g., you aced all
your practice tests during OET review, OET
experts affirmed that you were more than ready
for the exam, etc.), then theres a chance that
    your results will be reconsidered.
  • Your re-marked results cannot be changed back to
its original version. So, if your OET grade got
lower after it was re-scored, you cant do
    anything about it.

  • You wont be refunded if
  • You changed your mind midway through the
re-scoring process, and you no longer want to
    have your re-marked results published.
  • You took another OET exam while your previous
attempt was being re-scoredeven if there were
    changes in your results.
