• If you have Mac and you want to start with
  Bitdefender then follow the given guidelines to
  know the proper installation method.
• Follow the given steps
• To start the installation of Bitdefender on your
  Mac, the user needs to go to Bitdefender Central
  Account. Make sure that you have an account on
  its portal. Create a new account if you dont
  have registered with it.
• Login to your account and navigate to the My
  Devices panel.
• Locate the button of Install Bitdefender in the
  My Devices window.
• Hit the Download button in the new window.

• Doing this will download an Agent on your
  computer. Go to Downloads folder and double-click
  on the agent file with the .pkg extension. Follow
  the further on-screen instructions.
• Hit the Uninstall button in order to delete
  previous antivirus software on your Mac.
• Finally, you will see a window that will show
  Bitdefender for Mac has been installed.
• Once the installation is completed, you will see
  the dashboard of Bitdefender on your Mac that
  will first introduce the Safe files. Hit the
  Enable button.
• Next, the main panel will show another window
  Introducing time Machine Protection. Hit Enable
  Protection to protect the backups.

• You will see another message confirming you about
  Safe Files is enabled and Time machine is also
  enabled.
• The user can check these settings in the
  Bitdefender Preferences section which lied under
  the Protection tab and Safe Files tab.
• Now, Mac and your Time Machine backups are
