About Us
Shri Bajrang Power Ispat Ltd. Since 2002, the
name "Shri Bajrang Power Ispat has been
synonymous with operational excellence and
leadership in the production of Iron Ore, Steel
and Steel products. And continue to innovate with
new technologies and processes to keep pace with
the Modern Technological Advancement at the world
at large.
Today Shri Bajrang Power Ispat Ltd is one of
the largest Industrial House of Central India
headed by Shri Suresh Goel. The group has
diversified into manufacturing as well as service
sectored segments like Iron Steel, Mining,
Power, Ferro Alloys, Fly Ash Bricks, Digital
Marketing and Media. With a rich history of
helping the growing Need of the society, the
group has also instituted a World Class School
which caters to growing need of students in

What are Pellets?

• Pellets are small spheres of iron ore used for
  producing steel.
• They are made with powder (iron ore fines) which
  is generated during mining of
  iron ore.

What are Sponge Iron ?

• Reduced iron derives its name from the chemical
  change that iron ore undergoes when it is heated
  in a furnace at high temperatures in the presence
  of hydrocarbon-rich gases, carbon monoxide, or
  elemental carbon.
• Direct reduction refers to processes which reduce
  iron oxides to metallic iron at temperatures
  below the melting point of iron.
• The product of such solid state processes is
  called direct reduced iron.
• In the Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) plant,
  production of sponge iron is done using coal.
• This reduction process is done in a rotary kiln
  at temperature of around 850?C-1050?C.

What are Ferro Alloys ?

• Ferro Alloys is one of the most important alloys
  in the manufacturing of steel.
• At SBPIL Ferro Alloys is produced in the
  Borjhara Unit in Raipur.
• Ferro Alloys is produced using manganese ore
  (often mixed with ferromanganese slag) dolomite
  or calcite, quartz.
• These materials have a strong effect on
  reduction and smelting reactions in the
  production of a Ferro Alloys alloy.
• The production capacity of Ferro Alloys is 14400
  Tons per year.
• The production is carried out using modern
  technology.
• Electric Arc Furnace is used along with state of
  the art testing laboratory to ensure production
  of international quality Ferro Alloys.

What are Billets ?

• Continuous casting, is the process in which
  molten steel is solidified into a billet.
• Continuous casting is a energy-saving technique
  to cast the molten steel to a section shape or a
  certain size billet continuously and continuous
  casting machine (CCM) is the equipment to
  complete this process.
• Molten metal is tapped into the ladle from
  furnaces.
• After undergoing any ladle treatments, such as
  alloying and degassing, and arriving at the
  correct temperature, the ladle is transported to
  the top of the casting machine.

What is TMT Rebars ?

• The FE500D variety of TMT bars were introduced by
  BIS in their latest amendment in the year 2008.
  This quality of TMT bars demonstrates higher
  tensile strength and ductility.
• Goel TMTs FE 500 D bars are manufactured under
  a strictly regulated process which makes them
  easily bendable.
• This feature provides Goel TMT bars with the
  capacity to absorb sudden loads, which make them
  ideal for various natural disasters like
  earthquakes, tsunamis and cyclones.
• The high safety features offered by Goel TMT
  bars make them well suited for zones having high
  seismic activity.
• With the production capacity of 350000 tons of
  TMT, we use the state of the art Thermex process
  to produce our FE 500D Bars.

What is Binding Wires ?

• Binding wires are mild steel wires used for
  binding rebars in the field of construction.
• It is extensively used in the construction sector
  for tying purposes.
• Our brand GoelWireX is produced using best
  quality raw material and goes through stringent
  quality tests.
• The tensile strength of GoelWireX helps in
  binding the knots without any breakage at the
  same time flexible enough to fit multiple uses.
• GoelWireX comes in two standard wire gauges (18
  SWG and 20 SWG) and in convenient pack sizes of
  5kg for retail and 25 kg for large construction
  sites.

What is HB Wire ?

• Our high quality HB Wires are used in various
  industries because of their durability, less
  maintenance and excellent mechanical strength.
• These wires are made using premium quality raw
  materials.
• We ensure delivery of material to customers in
  Optimum condition.
• Protective package is available to ensure HB Wire
  reach their destination in prime condition.

What is Wire Rod ?

• We produce top quality Wire Rod from high grade
  Raw Material at its fully integrated plant at
  Raipur.
• The state of art mill produces wire rods in sizes
  ranging from 5mm till 10mm. Wire Rods are
  delivered to our customers across India.
• There is a dedicated logistics team which selects
  the most appropriate route and arranges for the
  transportation ensuring the delivery is made in
  minimum time.

What is MS Rounds ?

• MS Rounds produced by us are used in a various
  industries including Construction of Bridges,
  Buildings, Industrial Structures, Roads,
  Automobile Industry to name a few.
• Strict process control and the rigorous
  application of our quality assurance standards
  ensures best quality rounds are produced.

Mining

• Mining operations started in September 2015 after
  obtaining environmental and forest clearances and
  the present production capacity of the mine is
  0.6 MTPA.
• It is Hematite Ore having average grade of 60
  Fe. At the proposed rate of production of 0.60
  Million Tonnes Per Annum.
• Life of the Mine with the balance mineral
  reserves of 6.977 Million Tonnes will be 12
  years.
• However, it is envisaged that total resources
  shall be around 10 Million Ton through
  exploratory drilling being established.

Steel

• The company manufactures the following products
• MS Round from 32 mm to 140 mm
• TMT Re-Bars up to 32 mm adopting the most
  modern advance technology.
• Binding Wire Binding Wire of 18 SWG and 20 SWG
  in 25 kg and 5kg Packs.
• HB Wire from 6 mm to 14 mm
• Wire Rod from 5 mm to 12 mm
• The companys products are ISI certified and are
  being marketed under the brand name GOEL TMT.

Power

• Shri Bajrang Power and Ispat Ltd also generates
  power for its 3  powers plants of 18MW, 16MW and
  16MW at Bhorjara, Tilda and TMT Division
  respectively, enables its plants to work
  efficiently.
• Solar Projects A Total 450 KWp Solar Power Plants
  are under operation for Captive use.
