Centrifuge plays an important role in the
industrial manufacturing process. It is mainly
used as a filtration media to separate solids
wastes from the fluid. The fluid can be waste
vegetable oils, biodiesel, wastewater, industrial
oils. A centrifuge is a device for separating
particles from a solution according to their
size, shape, density, a viscosity of the medium
and rotor speed. There are majorly two types of
centrifuges that are used, namely dieselcraft and
oil centrifuges.

Dieselcraft Centrifuges
Dieselcraft Centrifuges are used to separate
solids from the diesel oil. It filters even small
particles which are 1 micron in size or even
smaller. These are available with 500 - watt band
heater and comes with 5-year warranty.

Oil Centrifuges
Oil centrifuges are used for reducing waste. This
device is designed to separate oil and water by
centrifugation. It generally contains a
cylindrical container that rotates inside a
larger stationary container. It diverts a small
side stream of oil for processing and returns
clean oil to the crankcase.

• Centrifuges have a clean appearance and have
  little to no odour problems.
• Not only is the device easy to install and fast
  at starting up and shutting down, but also only
  requires a small area for operation.
• They can be selected for different applications.
  
• The device is simple to operate.
• The centrifuge has more process flexibility and
  higher levels of performance.
