  • Now we all have watched movies full of
    constipation jokes, or essentially jokes about
    some sort of gastric ailment. We usually laugh at
    tropes involving these things, albeit somewhere
    in the back of our heads we do feel the need to
    somehow abate these things.
  • We often look up ways to avoid these unfortunate
    conditions, and usually arrive at the fact that
    we must regulate our diet and eat high fibre food
    or roughage amongst other nutrients to ensure
    that our body remains functional and our
    digestive system doesnt end up punishing us for
    our bad eating habits or in simple words, we
    need foods that come with labels like Omega 3
    foods that are said to be immune boosting foods.
  • If one hearkens back to the times when people
    could unironically called themselves disco
    dancers, theyd find that most people really
    wouldnt experience issues with digestion amongst
    other things because they mostly consumed the
    dietary staple comprising of rice, pulses and
    vegetables. No wonder our parents and
    grandparents insist ever so vociferously on
    consuming the aforementioned and rightfully so.
