psychotherapy for diverse, high-risk youth ages
1019 years old with a great range of
co-occurring mental illnesses, special education
needs, recurrent aggressive behavior, and chronic
medical conditions in a non-traditional,
fractional residential school-based setting.

Vincent Rager also played a great role in terms
of carrying out specialized crisis prevention and
intervention procedures independently and
collaboratively with school and law enforcement
officials to provide immediate environmental
safety measures, dispatching necessary medical
and law enforcement personnel, and providing
immediate risk prevention, intervention, and
management plans.

to enhance his experience that include Truvada
Medication and Care Symposium, University of
California Los Angeles, Bakersfield, CA back in
June 2018, Counseling Theories, Continuing
Education and Certificate Training, Gainesville,
