• Create A Draft Report

• Here, you have to save the draft to the published
  tab as read-only, final versions and these
  reports are only visible within your Quicken
  organization to user roles.
• To publish a report, go to reports and then click
  on all reports option.
• Then select drafts tab and click on the menu
  icon which is shown as three vertical dots
  located to the right of the statement which you
  want to publish.

• Then select Publish from the drop-down menu and
  set up a print style for this description.
• Finally, click on the Publish option.
• You can also publish it within the report itself
  by selecting Published option while saving the
  document.
