Debenture Trustee Services

• If the debenture issued by the company has
  maturity period exceeding 18 months, then
  appointment of debenture trustee is mandatory as
  per the SEBI guidelines.

  and is debited only when shares are issued to
  him.
• Eligibility All Resident Individuals, HUF and
  QIBs maintaining a SB/Current/Operative Account
  holding a Pan No, Demat a/c at any of the Vijaya
  Bank branches.
