Applications of printing and dying chemicals

• Anti-creasing agents reduce the rope marks and
  chafe whereas the alkalis are suitable for the
  process of reactive dying.
• In the polyester manufacturing process,
  phosphate-free acid buffer cum dispersant is used
  for dying process of polyester fabric. It is also
  used as dying assistant in the blending process.
• Dispersing agents in the polyester fabric
  production process reduce the deposition of
  oligomers and precipitation on the material in
  dying machine. Each dispersing agent for prints
  has a unique emulsifying and leveling action.

• Softeners are called after-treatment chemicals
  which are of cationic. Some softeners are highly
  cationic whereas some are slightly cationic. Both
  of them are used for dark shades.
• Non-ionic softeners are ideal for white fabric or
  fabrics with light shades. It doesnt cause the
  yellowing effect.
• Every anionic softener gives a precise type of
  finishing. Lick roll silicone-based lubricants,
  good-quality wax are examples of after-treatment
  chemicals used for hard winding.
