job, this is a 365 day a year job. This is a
flexible job and you can pick a shift that does
work. However, more shift you take, more chances
of you having to pick seniority. If you work
with an agency, you can more or less make your

Seniors are everywhere and not confined to a
city, so Personal Support Workers are needed
everywhere as well. While working in an agency,
Personal Support Workers are sent to homes,
nursing homes, and retirement homes for private
care.
