  1995 until now, several versions of MS Office
  have been released. The most notable MS Office
  versions are Office 365, Office 2016, Office
  2013, Office 2010, Office 2007, and Office 2003.

• Microsoft account is necessary for downloading
  Microsoft Office setup from the web. Also, if one
  is switching from any OS to Windows, then they
  require a Microsoft account. Microsoft my account
  is a platform which allows the users to sign in
  to services and buy its products, subscriptions,
  and services.

• Launch the web browser.
• In the URL tab enter www.office.com/setup in
  order to log in.
• Fill in all the required Log In information such
  as username and password.
• A prompt to provide the product key will come.
• Fill in the product key in the box and hit the
  enter key.
• However, if you do not have any existing
  Microsoft account because you are a new user,
  then you have to click on the Create An Account
  button so that you can create a new account.
• Enter all the details mentioned in the Sign Up
  form.
• After that, go through the list of all Ms Office
  subscriptions and choose one appropriately.
• Finally, click on the download button.

• Open any one of the installed MS Office
  applications like PowerPoint, word, etc.
• The Ms Office Activation Wizard will appear.
• Enter the 25 character alphanumeric product key
  and press the Enter key.
• Follow the on-screen guidelines and activate the
  MS Office product.
