• Follow the process to uninstall the
  conflict-causing Office versions
• Open the Start menu.
• Click on the Control Panel option.
• In the Control Panel screen, go to Programs and
  Features.
• Find the installed Office version.
• Select it and press the Uninstall button.
• You may also utilize any third party uninstaller
  for removing the conflict-causing Office setup.
  It is suggested to use the third-party
  uninstaller tool as it will also delete all the
  hidden setup files which will not get eliminated
  through the Control Panel process

Reinstallation

• At some point in time, you may have to transfer
  the MS Office suite to a different device. If
  such a need arises, all you have to do is
  uninstall the program on the older device, and
  then reinstall it in the new device by following
  the steps given below
• Power on the device.
• Head to office.com/setup.
• Log in to the Microsoft account.
• Download the Microsoft Office setup
• Install it on the new device.
• Locate the product key.
• Activate the product using the activation code.
