1 Printer taking too long to print

  choice of the drivers.
• If you are looking for a gallery quality print,
  then you have to bear with the slow print.
• For regular office documents, then change the
  settings to draft, normal or standard.
• Always keep the printing mode as Simplex instead
  of two-sided. Then the printer running more
  efficiently.

2 Paper Jams

• You are running late for the meeting and the
  paper is trapped in the printer.
• Solution
• Check if the paper quality is supported by the
  printer
• Keep the papers in the storage where the moisture
  doesnt accumulate on the paper.
• If the paper jam is occurring without a seemingly
  disturbed array of papers, check if the paper
  stack is squared properly.

• While you know the paper jam can prevent
  printing, not printing is another problem without
  actually a seemingly valid cause.
• Solution
• Check if you have sent the print command to the
  right printer.
• Make your printer the default printer, navigate
  to Printers and Faxes in Control Panel.
• Right Click on your printer icon, and select Set
  as Default Printer.
