• Introduction to Christopher Mingoia
• Christopher Mingoia is serving as a Principal
  with one of the top high schools in New Jersey,
  since September 2016.
• He is serving here as an educational leader
  responsible for the development, implementation
  and supervision of a comprehensive program of
  educational as well as student service.
• Christopher is also a Mentor with New Jersey
  Leaders to Leaders (NJL2L), where he is
  responsible for mentoring new Principals seeking
  standard principal certification.

• From 2006- 2008, Christopher Mingoia was the
  Varsity Baseball Coach in St. Marys High School
  in Elizabeth, NJ. Here, his main responsibilities
  were as follows
• Preparing and implementing everyday training
  schedule for baseball program.
• Differentiating training regimen to meet the
  requirements of students with varying skills.
• Developing teamwork and promoting sportsmanship
  among the players.
