    age above 45. It can be a result of trauma such
    as accident, a fall or any serious injury. But
    most of the back is reported due to everyday
    activities such as heavy weight lifting, wrong
    sitting postures, carrying heavy weight, extreme
    workouts etc.

    the bone density may decrease, causing weak and
    brittle bone. There are no early symptoms found

  • Maintain proper standing and sitting posture

    feel any pain.
