1. Sports activities without a mouth guard.
  • A mouth guard is important when playing contact
    sports to protect your teeth from accidents. The
    piece of moulded plastic can save the life of
    your teeth from getting knocked off or chipped
    teeth when the action begins. You can use custom
    made a self-fitting mouth guard or NHS dentist
    suggested mouth guard.

2. Bottles before bedtime.
  • Giving your baby a bottle of formula or juice
    before sleeping leads them to tooth decay.
