few thousand by choosing low end products, you
will forget about those thousands saved when

to be a part of and even though you could choose

will still want to make some changes. In saying

possible resale, even if you plan on living in
it for the long run it will eventually need to
be resold and if the design is too unique then
that is going to make it harder than it needs to
