About the Company
The Ocean Views is a brand new development of
luxuries villa Resort that is under construction
on
a majestic 7,400 Square Meters of land located
just 5 minutes from Dreamland, Pecatu, Bali
Indonesia.
Our History
The resort comprising of 16 units Villa and 87
units Apartment, consisting of one, two and
three bedrooms. All villas and some Apartment
with private swimming pool. Fully
furnished. Constructed into 3 phases, 1st phase
consist of 16 units Villa, 2nd phase consist of
2 Towers (60 Units) Apartment and 3rd phase
consist of 1 Tower Apartment (27 units).

Payment Structure
Option 1 1st payment IDR 25,000,000 as
booking deposit upon deal 2nd payment 10 upon
signing Offer and Acceptance letter (10 days
after booking deposit) 3rd payment 20 upon
signing the Binding Agreement of Selling
Purchase (30 days after 2nd payment) 4th payment
70 to be paid on monthly basis within 12 times
instalment, starting from the 30 days after the
3rd payment. CONSTRUCTION BUILDING IN PROGRESS
AND TO BE FINISHED BY END OF YEAR 2016.

• CLIENT WILL LOSE THE BOOKING DEPOSIT WHEN SHE/HE
  FAILS TO PAY THE 2ND PAYMENT 10 WITHIN 14 DAYS

  NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO DUE DATE.
