premier metro-Atlanta based law firm that has
been providing its clients with outstanding legal
solutions since 1999 primarily in the areas of
Business Immigration Law and Wills/Trusts and
Estate Planning.

THE CHALLENGEThe biggest challenge for GLF was
to have an immigration technology partner that
provided an end-to-end immigration case
management solution.

THE PROBLEMGLF had been using a different
case-management tool that only provided
immigration form-filling. Without a complete
immigration case management solution, case
managers at GLF had to manually track down
information and key it into the system, which
increased the time spent on cases and led to
breakdowns in efficiency and accuracy. The firm
could not take on more cases due to these issues.

THE SOLUTIONGLF was introduced to INSZoom in
2010 by a then-partner firm. Additionally,
Manjunath Gokare is a regular at the AILA
(American Immigration Lawyers Association)
national conferences, where INSZoom exhibits
every year. After taking a demo, GLF with its
partner firm decided to get on board with INSZoom.

THE IMPLEMENTATIONGLF was quick to implement
INSZoom across the firm. INSZoom seamlessly
migrated data back to GLF from the partnership in
less than two weeks. The case managers were
trained to use INSZoom, customize questionnaires
based on the firm needs, configure petitions and
so on. GLF went live with INSZoom in a span of
just 30 days.

THE RESULT
Working with INSZoom, has resulted in a 300
increase in revenue for GLF over a 10-year
period. The firm was able to expand its clientele
and added an additional office in India in 2016.
GLF has been able to take on more cases, add more
clients and increase its staff strength by 100
from 2010 to date. The firm witnessed process
improvements with INSZoom. Efficiency of the firm
increased by 50 - based on the volume of cases
handled, relative to the staffing level.
