Stand Up On A Paddle Board
The best way to go at it for the first time is on
flat and calm water. Take a bigger board for
balance. 10-11 ft is the recommended size for
first timers. the board should feel very stable,
if thats not the case, try a bigger board. These
steps should get you standing up on a SUP in no
time
