One of the most common failures in deep fryers is
the condition of the tank itself. Literally
every manufacturer of deep fryers requires that
the tank be boiled out with a fryer cleaner on a
regular basis. Many state weekly as the actual
requirement

  • DIRECTIONS FOR USE
  • Drain all oil/shortening from fryer tank
  • Fill fryer with water to normal fill level
  • Bring water to boil then add one cup 250grm of
    fryer
  • Boil for 30 minutes then turn off fryer and allow
    to cool A fryer scrubber brush may be required
    on heavy areas
  • Drain Fryer and give final wash to remove debris
