  Principal of New York Engineers. He is a graduate
  of Georgia Tech with a degree in Mechanical
  Engineering. He is a member of the United States
  Green Building Council and is a strong proponent
  of sustainable design. Recent projects include La
  Cite Development, Pepsico, and work with Bronx
  Pro Realty.

• The biggest enemy of buildings is fire.
  Particularly in tall, dense cities like New York
  City, there are added challenges in high-rise
  buildings. Where buildings are within feet of
  each other or even sharing a common wall, the
  chance of fire spreading from building to
  building increases. Buildings equipped with
  automatic sprinklers begin extinguishing the fire
  before firefighters arrive. Fully sprinklered
