We know that your first visit with a new dentist

typically consist of an exam, x-rays, and teeth
cleaning. If further procedures are needed, your
first visit will also include a consultation and
explanation of treatment options. Each of our

To ensure that your first visit goes as smoothly
as possible, please bring the following
information to your first visit

• List of all current medical prescribed medications
  
• Dental and medical insurance identification cards
  and benefits information
• If pertinent, bring your referral slip and/or any
  past x-rays

X-Rays

• If youve had x-rays taken at a previous dental
  office, please contact the office and request
  that the x-rays be forwarded to your Lovett
  Dental location in Houston. Please note if there
  isnt sufficient time to mail x-rays, you may
  need to pick them up and bring them with you on
  your visit or there may be a charge for
  additional x-rays at your visit.
