1. The first step is to determine if you are
eligible under one of the federal economic
programs.
3. You are assigned a score by the IRCC based on
a weighted ranking system with different weights
assigned to different categories such as your
IELTS score, your education level and your work
experience. The scoring is done out a total
comprehensive ranking score of 1200. 
2. The second step is to submit an Expression of
Interest through an online form. The online form
