DOSAGE

• DRUG INTERACTION
• Interaction with strong or moderate CYP3A4
  inhibitors will increase Crizalk plasma
  concentration
• Crizalk co-administration with strong CYP3A

  concentration
• Do not use combination with bradycardia causing
  drugs.
