We make coconut energy bars that taste like
dessert. We are a father and son company in San
Diego that uses exclusively organic, vegan, and
gluten free ingredients to make a healthy snack
perfect any time of day (or night).

A Love Story.
It started with love - the love for a woman and
the love of a healthy life. I was just a kid when
my dad, Rick, created the first version of
Rickaroons. He made them to comfort and support
the woman he loved and cared for during her
battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Although I was
young, I still realized that Rickaroons
represented his love for a strong woman and a
healthy lifestyle.

Over the years my dad then crafted his
nutrient-dense dessert into the perfect
fuel.  The final product is what we now call the
Rickaroon. It is the all-of-the-above cookie
gluten free, vegan, organic, Paleo, soy free, and
most importantly - tastes like heaven.

The coconut and almond butter not only taste
great together, but yield a nice, slow-burning
fuel for your body. We eat them in the Rickaroons
office first thing in the morning before a swim,
as a mid-day snack to stay energized, and as a
reward for a good, hard day's work.
