What is NOC?
  • A No Objection Certificate is a legal document
    issued from the local RTO for the re-registration
    of a vehicle from one state to another.
  • NOC for vehicle transfer online requires legal
    documentation and paper work.

Whom to apply for NO objection certificate?
  • The sole authority of issuing NOC by the deputy
    commissioner of the police, Traffic branch.
  •  Details should mention like the place where you
    are planning to move along with vehicle and
    registration details of the vehicle.
  • Need to attest supporting documents of the
    vehicle and a form.
  • After completion of document verification and
    vehicle check, RTO officials will provide NOC for
    the vehicle.

Which documents you have to submit for NOC
certificate?
  • Manually filled form 28
  • Pencil print copy of the vehicle chassis number
  • Police certificate attachment, providing approval
    with vehicle not involved in any crime
  • Photo copy of the vehicle RC along with origin
  • Vehicle insurance copy
  • 6. Pollution check-up copy
