Introduction Of Mount Carmel College
Mount Carmel College, owned and run by the
Carmelite sisters of St Teresa was established on
the eve of Indian Independence to fill the gaps
existing in womens education. The story of the
college began on 7th July 1948 with just 50
students on its rolls.

  food as well as an Information and Knowledge
  Centre catering to over 7000 students and 300
  faculty with the central library housing over 1
