• For login use created user id and password.

• After Login Home page is Display on the screen.

• On home page having five Menu. File, Master File,
  Order, Report, Backup, Help.

• If user want to change password click on Change
  Password option

• In Master file has six drop-down menus.
• In Cheque menu we can add Cheque details.

• In Category Menu we can add product category
  Description.

• In ITEM MASTER we can fill the details about
  a particular category.

• In account master menu has supplier entries,
  customer entries, other entries. In supplier
  entries user fill the details about Supplier
  ledger. In Customer entries user fill the details
  about customer ledger and in other entries fill
  the details about another ledger.

• Payment Details have Supplier payment, Customer
  payment, and other payment. In supplier, payment
  fill up the payment entry about a supplier. In
  Customer, payment fills up the entry about
  customer payments. In other payment add the
  details about another ledger.

• WORKER MENU this menu provides worker details,
  loading and unloading details, Worker payment
  details.

• In this menu user can store the details about an
  employee like joining of an employee.

• In this page user fill all details about loading
  of products.

• In this page user fill all details about the
  unloading of products.

• Here user fills up information about daily basis
  worker.

• Order menu has Purchase Bill, Sale Invoice,
  Quotation, Delivery Challan, Production. In
  Purchase, Bill user can generate purchase item or
  goods bill with GST. Sale Invoice represents how
  many products sold out with bill details.

• Quotation menu is for the customer who wants to
  know about product details. By using this menu
  user can give all details about the product to
  the customer.

• Reports menu has Stock details, Sale Report,
  Purchase Report, Worker Report, outstanding
  Report, Stock Summery, Balance Sheet.

• In Stock Details user fill up the details about
  Stock with the date and view the stock details
  with a specific date.

• Help menu shows the information about the company
  and software.

• Backup menu is used for saving the al data in d
  drive.
