  shipments this is the required document. BOL is
  the receipt of cargo and a legal contract between
  the carrier and shipper. The bill of lading
  provide the driver and the carrier all the
  details needed to process the freight shipment
  and invoice it correctly. Wersel Freight
  Forwarder Software automatically produce this
  BOL.
• Cargo Manifests The summarize of all bill of
  lading issue to a carrier for a particular
  shipment automatically generated by the logistic
  software. The manifest is used for air
  shipments, ocean shipments, and ground shipments,
  and will generally show cosigner and consignee,
  listing commodities details such as number,
  value, origin and destination and freight class.
