What is Helium Leak Test Machine?

• Helium Leakage testing is done using the
  machinery which is primarily meant for testing
  leakages in various air compressing applications
  or containers called as Helium leak test machine
  or also Mass spectrometer leak detectors(MSLD).
  Helium gas is used for tracing the small or
  bigger leakages in probably larger quantity hence
  is also called as tracer gas.

Standard Chamber System

• This chambers are quite flexible in size and the
  value for the tool is also low as compared to the
  other Helium leak test machines we have.But as
  every thing has a dark side.The dark part of the
  system is that it power consumption rate is
  higher.As the size is large it requires a lot of
  floor space which includes the fact that moving
  the machine from one place to another is a big
  challenge. This all the factors bends towards
  high maintenance costing for this machine.

• This are Volume optimised chamber with no any
  pipelines or hoses inside it. Unlike standard
  vacuum chambers this helium leak test machines
  are the lower investment which drops down to 50
  costing of the Standard chamber costs. It is easy
  to move around as it has size smaller as compared
  to the standard chambers.Hence all this
  positively affect the maintenance costs to drop
  down along with the low power consumption. But
  with so many advantages it has cost to effort
  scenario.Yes, the cost of this Helium test
  machine is higher as compared to pioneer with a
  disadvantage that the design changes to be
  reflected in this system are not flexible to be
  done.
