Title: Cummins 24 Valve | Call - 512-355-9101 | hamiltoncams.com
1Cummins 24 Valve
These tappets work with all 1989-2016 Dodge
Cummins engines. At 1.45? they will not have
interference with the Fuel pump eccentric on 12v
engines and are much wider than the 1.1? tappets
used in early 12v engines.
2Cummins 12 Valve
- These pump cams are made in the USA in a
non-union shop out of 8620 gas carburized steel.
They feature the same lift as the OEM cam, but
greatly shorten the number of degrees of total
injection, while greatly increasing the amount of
fill-time.
3Cummins Cams
- This comes with 7 cam bushings installed,
standard bore, 14mm main and heads, .800? thicker
Deck, and .080? thicker cylinder wall.
This is a Straight key for a Cummins engine 6BT
Camshaft years 89-19.
4Cummins Push Rods
- As cylinder pressures, springs pressure and rpm
increase, the stress on your factory pushrods
increases far beyond the level of stress your
factory pushrods were designed for. If you are
above 500hp with your 6bt you need to upgrade to
the heavy duty pushrods.
5Duramax
- The 192-200-109LSA .338?intake/.353?exh. cam was
designed for customers with engines that have a
66mm or larger single or primary, that are
looking for the most broad power curve, and do
not want to give up any efficiency.
6Cummins 24 Valve
- Makes changing out your valve springs while in
the engine very easy.
7Cummins 12 Valve
- 1.45? steel tappets for over 5000rpm and heavy
valve springs or a billet steel cam.
There comes a point as rpm, valve lift, spring
pressures and valve size increase, that a single
spring is no longer up to the task of controlling
the valves.
8Cummins Cams
- Due to its short duration and wide lobe
separation angle, it also has the least overlap
(when intake and exhaust valves are open at the
same time) of any of our cams to kill in cylinder
EGR on engines that have higher drive pressure
than boost pressure.
9Cummins Push Rods
- If you are over 750hp with your 6bt, the cylinder
pressures dictate that you step up to our extreme
duty pushrods which consist of a 3/8? .095? wall
intake pushrod and a 7/16? .120? exhaust pushrod.
10Duramax
- 4130 chromoly performance pushrods. 3/8? .095?
wall.
If you are over 900hp we suggest these pushrods.
If over 1200hp, call and ask about our sever duty
pushrods.
11Cummins 12 Valve
- When machining valve seat on OEM head to fit
these larger valves, make sure you set valve face
at .055? from cylinder head surface.
12Cummins Cams
- We always recommend new lifters when changing a
cam.
Make sure that the cam has a Liberal amount of
quality assembly lube applied
13Cummins Push Rods
- If you are over 750hp, the stresses in your
engine dictate that you go with our extreme duty
pushrods.
14Duramax
- If you have an aftermarket turbo and are running
more rpm than factory, you will see a few
problems if you are still using OEM springs.
First, valve float, which can cause serious
damage to the valvetrain.
15Cummins 24 Valve
- We offer both a factory replacement and a
Lightweight crankshaft for the 6.7 Cummins. OEM
Replacement 6.7L Cummins crankshaft.
