• Are single or shared rooms provided at the
  houseboat?
• Yes, both single and shared rooms can be taken
  depending on the availability at the time of
  booking.
• Can I book a package for stay and sightseeing?
• Yes. Such packages are termed as "Land only
  Package." All services from the time of arrival
  till departure, i.e., Hotel Stay, Tours, and
  Transfers are included in the package. Also, you
  can customize the package basis your requirement
  and availability.

• Can I check-in early/ check-out late at the
  hotel?
• We can place a request with the hotel but depends
  on the availability at the time of check-in.
  Extra charges if any for early check-in/late
  check-out will have to be incurred by the guest.
• Can I make cash payment for my holiday package?
• Yes, you can make a cash payment however if the
  package cost is less than two lakhs, then cash
  payment of Rs. 49,999 at a time is accepted
  without a PAN card. For packages costing above
  two lakhs, all cash payments require submission
  of PAN card copy.
• Is food included in my ticket fare?
• You can check the services included and excluded
  under the Inclusions tab.

• You can book a holiday package just by paying
  some nominal amount through our website pay the
  remaining amount in next 24/48 hrs to confirm

  emergency while I am travelling?
• The confirmed service vouchers for the package
  booked will contain the contact details of the
  service provider including the emergency number
  of the bitrecharge Team available 24x7.

• Is it mandatory to tip the driver /Volvo
  conductor/helper?
• It is at the discretion of the customer. Please
  note any amount given as tip is not a part of the
  package cost and bitrecharge is not obliged to
  refund any tip paid by the customer.
• What are the inclusions of a honeymoon package
  provided by bitrecharge?
• bitrecharge provides a cake, candle light dinner,
  and decor. If these are not included in your
  package, you can pay additional cost and avail
  them.

• What documents should I carry for a domestic
  holiday?
• A valid government approved Photo ID, and
  residence proof (except PAN card) for each
  traveler is required.
• When will I get my travel vouchers?
• The travel vouchers will be handed over to you
  three days prior to the date of travel.
• Will I get a guide to accompany me for my
  holiday?
• Yes, you can get a guide for your holiday by
  paying an additional cost in case it's not a
  group package.

• How do I do webcheck-in/Tele check-in for my
  flight reservation?
• Web check-in - You can use bitrecharage's web
  check-in application on your android and
  ios phone. Alternatively, you can also do web
  check-in directly through the airline website.
  Please keep your necessary flight details ready.
• Tele Check-in - Certain airlines allow few of
  their premium customers to book a preferred seat
  in advance over the phone. However, you will have
  to collect the boarding pass and must report at
  the check in counter no latter than 60 minutes
  prior to the flight departure.

Cancellation

• Can I cancel my holiday tour midway?
• Yes, you can. But, the amount paid for the tour
  would be non-refundable.

• The cancellation charges are based on the
  city/country for which the package is booked.
