• Korck Components was established in 2009 by two
  brothers Deon and Grant Africa. Today, Korck
  Components are specialists in wood components
  manufacturing and wood turning, servicing as well
  as various sectors of the décor and woodworking
  industry.
• The company serves as a contract manufacturer
  specifically for clientele that need bespoke wood

Our Design Process

• Step 1 The Initial Concept of the Furniture or
  Component is developed with reference images and
  hand-drawn sketches.
• Step 2 A detailed sketch of the product is
  developed with accurate dimensions and design
  concepts.

  if any tweaks are required and the final design
  is signed off.
• Step 4 A prototype or the first sample of the
  finalised design is created, in strict accordance
