What is the Process of ALS system
In those cases, where there is requirement of
more than one lubricant, often automatic
lubricant system is the ideal one. ALS systems
come in different quality and design but meet the
similar purpose. This is introduction of right
lubricant and in right amount automatically.
Using this system you need to track the supply of
any lubricant in the system which may be Bright
stock 150 or oil.

• Each ALS work in a defined set such that it
  mainly consists of five main components
• A controller
• A pump and reservoir
• A supply line connecting the pump
• A metering valves or injectors
• A feed lines and fittings

The process of ALS system

• Right progressive system is formed whether in a
  single line or multiple.
• A pump is then used to delivers the lubricant to
  the required lubrication points.
• This is done through progressive metering valves
  which are available in custom-sized.
• This are fitted in each application point.
  Lubricant than starts to flows through a primary
  valve.
• This will redirects it to multiple secondary
  valves.

• This will finally feed through multiple lines to
  reach to the ultimate application points.
• Now the injectors will operate simultaneously
  independent of each other which will serves only
  one lubricant point.
• This will continue to inject required lubricants
  whether it is Base oil sn1500 or any other
  lubricants.
• This need to accurately adjust to deliver the
  precise amount of lubricant or oil required in a
  point.
• Further the parallel system is and the main line
  pressure is to be monitored consistently.
• So, as to ensure that if feed line or bearing
  stops taking lubricant, the remaining points of
  the system continue to function normally

It is important to remember that when it is about
automatic lubricant system, it differ in nature.
In such system, in case when any line or bearing
is not taking grease the entire system will
automatically shut down. It is thus important to
ensure that there is visual indication included
which can show this. This will allow the operator
to take action before any damage occurs.

When using automatic lubricant system, you need
to make sure that which lubricant you need to use
as per system requirement. If you need advance
lubricants like Base oil Sn500, you must ensure
that there remains right availability of these
lubricants in a system.
