  • Jaipur is the capital and largest city of
    Rajasthan. It is also known as the Pink City
    for its trademark building color. It was founded
    by Jai Singh II the ruler of Amer after whom the
    city is named. It is home to two UNESCO World
    Heritage Sites - the Jantar Mantar and the Amer
    Fort.

Jodhpur's most notable attractions are Mehrangarh
Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jaswant Thada, and
the Ghanta Ghar, or Clock Tower. Tourists are
also within proximity to Fort Auwa, Mandore, Kayla
na Lake and Garden, Balsamand Lake, Mandaleshwar
Mahadev Temple (Mandalnath), Ratanada Ganesh
Temple, ISKCON Temple, Sardar Samand Lake and
Palace, Masooria Hills, Veer Durgadas Smarak
(monument, park and museum) and Bhim Bhadak Cave.

  • Udaipur is located on the southern region of
    Rajasthan near the border of Gujarat. It is also
    known as the city of lakes. Udaipur, with its
    picturesque landscape, lakes, and historic
    palaces and architecture, is a major destination

    visiting the state. Taj Lake Palace and the Leela

  • Ranthambore is a national park near the town
    of Sawai Madhopur, the park being the former
    hunting grounds of the Maharajahs of Jaipur.
    Ranthambore Fort also lies in this national park.
    It is also known for its Bengal Tigers found in
    the national park. Tigers can be easily spotted
    even in the daytime. The best times for tiger
    sightings at Ranthambore National Park are deemed
    to be in November and May. The park's deciduous
    forests are characteristic examples of the type
    of jungle found in Central India. Other fauna
    include the Indian leopard, nilgai, wild
    boar, sambar, striped hyena, sloth bear, southern
    plains gray langur, rhesus macaque, mugger
    crocodile and chital. The sanctuary is home to a
    wide variety of trees, plants, birds and reptiles,
    as well as one of the largest banyan trees in
    India

BIKANER
Located in the midst of Thar Desert, Bikaner is a
"cultural paradise and a traveller's haven". The

It is also known as the Golden City of Rajasthan.
