• Roses 
• Pen 
• Paper
• flat candle 
• Plate

• Candle
• Chamomile oil
• Camphor 
• Sage 
• Lavender oil

Procedure

• Spread the rose petals in plate

• Now place the small flat candle in its centre

• Apply some sage oil on candle it add protection
  from pain.

• Add some drop of lavender oil on candle

• Now take the paper write all your problems on it
  where you have pain or from what kind of
  disease your are suffering.

• look at the candle flame and imagine all your
  pain diseases are burins in that flame
