Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue massage therapy is applying firm
pressure and slow strokes to reach the deeper
layers of muscles and fascia(connective tissue
surrounding the muscles). This type of massage
is good for chronic aches and pain in specific
areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, lower
back pain, tightness of leg muscles, and sore
shoulders.

Trigger point
Trigger point massage involves deactivating
trigger points commonly experienced as knots
in the muscle that may cause local pain or
refer pain and other sensations, such as
headaches, in other parts of the body.

Meridian massage
Meridian massage is based on the traditional
Eastern healing method to restore the free flow
of qi, which is the vital life force in the
body, by applying the pressure on the specific
acupressure points and on the energy lines called
Meridian located throughout the different part
of body.
