• Browse the Fish Home Page on any browser you
  prefer.
• Enter the username / email and insert the
  account-related password. Then click Mail Check.
• Just before the "Logout" option, click the Help
  tab at the top correct corner of the page.
• Click "Delete account" under "How do I delete my
  account" heading from the multiple choices.
• You will now reach the deletion page of your
  account.

Sometimes your account will not be deleted even
after following the procedure as stated above.
Well, in that case, you can do nothing but send
mail, make a humble request to delete Plenty of
Fish account, to POF's customer care service via
mailing I d csr_at_ pof.com. Once you delete a fish
account, all your data will be lost, and later
you will not be able to recover it. Think through
before permanently deactivating.
