From 1994 until 2001, Grant Rogers worked in the
large loan securitization program at UBS AG (as
the successor to PaineWebber and Kidder, Peabody)
where he was actively involved in the
origination, negotiation, structuring, closing
and distribution of commercial real estate loans.

Grant Rogers has an MBA in real estate and
finance from the Columbia University Graduate
School of Business and is a Beta Gamma Sigma
graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS (honors) in
finance.

During this period, Grant Rogers was responsible
for the creation and management of Stratum Realty
Fund, L.P., a third-party institutional
commercial real estate mezzanine fund sponsored
by PaineWebber and G. Soros Realty.

Prior to joining UBS, Grant Rogers was an
Associate Director of DKM Properties Corp., a New
Jersey-based owner/developer where he was
involved in all aspects of the companys
development, management, and financing
activities.

Grant Rogers was an Associate in the Real Estate
Group at Bear Stearns where he worked on
principal, agency and securitization assignments.
