The panel once positioned will realize a sealed
effect via retractable pressure seals. The seals
can be easily controlled or locked by means of
simple on-site operation, which means users can
turn the waist-high operating handle to extract
the pressure seals. The handle of our partition
wall kis a locking bar inserted 1m away from the
panel edge and the top and bottom seals can be
simultaneously controlled. It is important that
the soundproof pressure seals can be properly
extended to achieve excellent sound insulation
effect.The panel is designed in tongue-and-groove
mode and its surface finish can be made of
precise laminated board, pre-finished wood
veneer, fabric or other materials specified by
customers. The movable partition wall is also
equipped with vertical and horizontal external
frame fabricated by extruded aluminum profiles.

Our partition wall is provided with 4 options of
panel, namely the 65 type, 80 type, 100 type,
125 type (ultra-high type). The 65 and 80 types
come with aluminum frame, while the 100 type is
provided with concealed frame. The thickness of
the 4 types of panel is respectively 65mm, 80mm,
100mm and 125mm. The height and width of our
product as well as the surface finishing can be
custom.
The color of our movable partition wall is unable
to be completely reproduced on computer monitor
except on the special calibrated equipment.
Therefore, the color of finished product may be a
litter different from that shown on your
computer screen.

Construction
The wall panel is of double skin construction
with a solid external aluminum frame.The panel
faces are not fixed to the frame via hard
contact and therefore when sound waves impact
one side of the panel, the vibration caused will
not be directly transferred to the opposite
panel face.The aluminum frame of the partition
wall is either concealed or exposed to create a
flat and smooth edge.The heavy-duty rubber
sealing strips installed on the panel can ensure
an optional sound insulation effect.By applying
rubberized bitumen membranes and mineral wool
insulation to the inside of panel, high-level
sound insulation effect is achieved.The quickly
available mechanism controlling the retractable
seals can exert sufficient pressure to the seals
to realize sound insulation.The retractable
seals enable the tolerance of deviations in
floor level as well as the deflections of
supporting structures, and the tolerance limit
depends on respective case.
