• The Founder of Modern School was Lala Raghubir
  Sigh h. He started Modern School in 1920 in a
  Haveli located in Daryaganj, Delhi which belonged
  to his father, Sultan Singh. Lalajis vision was
  to establish a school which would combine the
  traditions of Indian education with modern
  educational techniques and fosters an all-round
  growth of a child.

represents simplicity, friendliness and health.
Students of Grade Nursery celebrated Brown Color
Day to get acquainted with Brown Color. They came
dressed in brown attire and learned about
different objects that are brown in color

• According to the well-known education Magzine,
  only classroom studies hinder the brain
  development of a child and make him dull and
  unimaginative. We at Modern School give equal
  attention to Co-curricular activities including
  Painting, Dance, and Theatre which stimulate

EVENTS
Swachhta Hi Seva (SHS) campaign 2019 was launched
by Hon'ble Prime Minister on 11th September which
aims to reinforce 'sanitation as everyone's
business' and focused on plastic waste management
as key theme.

GAMES
Games are an integral part of the holistic
development which directs one to be competitive
while keeping the spirit of honesty and
camaraderie alive. Keeping with the same, the
sports department of the modern school organized
an intra-school football match for students of
Grades P1-P3.
