important documents you should keep ready while
filling up the IBPS SO Application Form..

Photograph

• You will be required to upload the recently
  clicked passport size photograph in IBPS SO Apply
  Online Process.
• The photograph should be clicked against a
  light-colored background.
• Make sure that you should not wear glasses. If
  you are using the glasses, then your eyes should
  be clearly visible through the glass.
• Do not wear caps and hats while taking the
  photograph.

  photograph to upload
• Pixels 200X230 PIXELS
• File Size 20 to 50 kb
• Dimension 4.5 cm X 3.5 cm
• Format JPEG
• Important Note - Religious headwear is allowed.

Signature

• The signature of the candidate must be on white
  paper with a black pen.
• Make sure not to sign in CAPITAL Letter.
• Your candidature will be rejected if the
  signature at the time of biometric does not match
  the signature on your admit card.

Thumbprint and Scanned Handwritten Declaration
(If Required)
The official notification is not released yet,
but the candidate may also require uploading the
left thumb image and handwritten
declaration. Following is the declaration
I, _____, hereby declare that all the
information submitted by me in the application
form is correct, true and valid. I will present
the supporting documents as and when required.
