1. Restart the Kindle Device

• Long press the power button for a 5-6 sec at least

• Release the button when the device turns off

• Press the power button again to start the Kindle.

• Give a break of at least a few seconds before you
  turn it on.

• Turn off router

• Give a break for a few seconds

• Restart Router

3. Walk nearby your router
If you are sitting far away from your router the,
chances are you are in the weak signal zone or
dead zone. Try to move closer to your router.
Scan for your Wi-Fi network. Once your network
name appears in the list tap on it to connect to
Wi-Fi by typing in your password.
4. Choose Channel 1-11
Ensure your wireless router setting for channels
preferences are set to use Wi-Fi channel from 1
to 11. For more help on your wireless router
settings, you need to approach your ISP or the
router manufacturer.
5. Restore Factory Settings
It is more of a technical solution that could fix
countless issues in mobiles and tablets.
Restoring your device to factory reset enables
many users to connect to the Wi-Fi network
successfully.
