Home Remedies For Muscle Pain

  • Soak in the goodness of salt

Soaking your feet in hot water with some salt has
been an everlasting solution to ease the pain. It
gives instant relief to your muscle pain.
  • Use Heat and Cold Compress

Take ice cubes in a cloth and compress the
affected area to relieve muscle pain. A hot
compress should be given with warm water or also
by making a bouquet garni of uncooked rice.

  • Mustard Oil

Heat mustard oil on a low flame, add some garlic
and heat it till it turns brown. Massage it on
your affected area.
  • Methi Turmeric Pack

Soak methi seeds in water overnight and grind it
to form a thick paste. Boil the paste by adding
some of the water. Add a pinch of turmeric and
let it cool and apply.

Apply the mustard oil on the knee and let the
skin soak the oil.
  • Methi Turmeric Paste

Apply the methi turmeric paste on the affected
area giving a gentle massage. Warm up the paste
before applying.
  • Turmeric and Chuna

Take 1 tsp of turmeric, 2 tsp sugar and a pinch
of chuna. Make a paste. Apply the paste on the
affected area and wrap the area with the warm
cloth before going to bed.
