  boyfriend.
• However, the 40-year-old did not step back and

How Alejandro Saez-Blanco Threatened his
Ex-girlfriend

• According to the statement filed in the Pitkin
  County Court on Tuesday, Alejandro had been
  stalking his ex-girlfriend for a long time.
• The lady filed the report in February when she
  started receiving threat messages from the
  Argentinean man.
• It wasnt only the lady who received threats but
  Alejandro Saez-Blanco also attempted to send
  voice mails and warning texts to the ladys new
  boyfriend.

• Apart from being accused of stalking and
  threatening, Saez-Blanco was arrested in March
  for trespassing.
• This happened when Alejandro paid a visit to the
  boyfriends home and looked through the window to
  see if anyone was inside.
• On finding the door bolted, Alejandro returned
  from the place.

• According to the affidavit filed on Tuesday, the
  boyfriend was not home when Alejandro visited.
  However, he captured Alejandro on his CCTV
  surveillance device.
• The man was constantly knocking on the front door
  until he found the door locked.
• Even though he returned that day, he started
  sending threat messages the same night onwards to
  the boyfriend. He even warned him of attempting
  physical violence.

Arrested for Trespassing, Stalking, and Extortion

• As soon as the man saw Alejandro Saez-Blanco on
  his surveillance system, he filed a complaint.
  Alejandro accepted all the accusations and was
  given a warning to not get back to Aspen.
• Police even asked him not to stalk or even
  contact his ex and her new partner by any means.
• He was arrested in March. He was also given an
  arrest warrant according to which he was
  prohibited from returning to Aspen.

• Alejandro did not stop sending threat messages.
  He started his misdeeds in April and called the
  boyfriend a pedophile.
• He asked the boyfriend to send 50,000 in his
  bank account and protect his lady from being
  reported to the immigration authorities.
