Opening a London office is an important
milestone in our focus on building customer
relationships worldwide, said Patrick Dine, CEO
of PSD Global. Especially our investment
promotion initiatives are attracting added
interest in these difficult economic conditions
from economic development agencies seeking to
attract FDI from companies looking to leverage
the global outsourcing model. About Patrick
Dine President CEO Founder and CEO Patrick
Dine manages the overall operations and growth of
PSD Global as well as the Telecommunications
Software practice of the company. Patrick has
considerable experience working with leading IT
firms from more than 30 countries on their
international strategies and success. He
previously ran the US operations of several
European companies and represented US firms in
Europe Latin America

Patricks work won him multiple awards for
excellence in exporting and delivered over 200
annual revenue growth for each of his clients.
Patrick also represents PSD Global and its
clients in various networking associations and
industry-specific groups. He is a member of the
CTIAs wireless internet caucus, Co-Chair of the
Canadian Wireless Associations mobile content
committee and the a past Chair of the
international committee of the DC Technology
Council, as well as a member of the US Commerce
Departments prestigious Export Council for
Florida.
Patrick teaches global business management at
various local universities, conducts executive
management seminars and served as an
international affairs advisor to US presidential
campaigns. Patrick has lived and worked in 20
countries. He speaks fluent French, German and
Spanish, and has studied Arabic, Italian,
Portuguese and Dutch.
